Where Are Tiglon products made?

What is the return policy?
Tiglon USA offers a 30 day in-home trial. Try the product in your own system and make sure you are completely satisfied. If not, simply return for a full refund minus shipping costs.
What is the warranty?
Tiglon USA offers a 2 year warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty applies to the original purchaser.
When will I get my order?
All products listed as being in stock will ship promptly. Transit time is typically between 2-5 days, depending on your distance from us here in California.
Custom orders that are not in stock will need to be built at Tiglon HQ in Japan, then shipped to California, then forwarded to the end user. That process takes roughly 3-4 weeks on average.
Do you drop ship orders?
No, all orders go from Tiglon HQ in Japan to Tiglon USA in California, where they are then forwarded to each individual customer. This allows us to handle all import fees, paperwork, and potential complications, rather than leaving that for the customer to navigate.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always free.
Which Tiglon products will work best with my particular system?
